Violence and Aggression
Like any other workplace hazard, the risk to staff from violence and aggression should be assessed and measures to reduce the risk introduced.
Guidance and forms for assessing hazards can be found under 'risk assessment' in the left hand menu.
Violence & Aggression Incidents must be properly recorded and investigated as appropriate.
